Matt ‘01 and Alex Krasnoff ‘06 are both Winthrop Alumni. This house was Matt’s frat house during his four years at school. When it became available in the fall of 2022 to buy Alex knew she needed to make it happen for him. Alex is a local realtor and Matt is the best mortgage broker in York County. We put our offer in and hoped that we could make this property ours. It took weeks for the decision to be made and then it was ours. Renovations started immediately, furniture was ordered and the demo began.
