  • I can't say enough about how amazing this host is and how gorgeous this home is. From the second I walked into this home, I was sold! Every inch of this space is impeccably decorated, like something out of a magazine. From the minute I walked in, I felt comfortable and felt like I was home. The host is super friendly, and so nice to work with. She goes above and beyond to ensure all of her guests feel welcomed and have everything they need. You can tell that she put so much thought and love when she was designing the Coterie. The kitchen is a chefs dream! There is tons of parking, outdoor space and security cameras, so I always felt super safe. The neighborhood is quiet and super close to downtown Rock Hill, close to Charlotte and anything else that you might need or want. I honestly cannot say enough about this host and this place! I will certainly be back any time that I am in the area! Absolutely loved it!!!

  • This was a lovely short term stay! The set up was perfect, with the desk in the room, and laundry on site! Living here I have had no issues and not a single complaint! Its a quiet side of town with not much disruption. They did an absolute wonderful job sprucing this place up for the residents! Would definitely recommend living here!

  • From the moment I saw this place on Furnished Finder, I couldnt wait to see it. Let's just say it did not disappoint!! Every aspect of this facility has been awesome. And the host A is super friendly, and so nice to work with. It shows she has put a lot of thought into the Coterie. The place is well decorated and maintained. Plenty of parking ( with cameras). Never once did I feel unsafe inside or outside the building. It's in a quiet neighborhood that has everything you need, literally two minutes or less away from you. Can not say enough about this place and the staff. Love it!!

  • It was in a nice area, and the host was very communicative and responsive. If you ask for missing amenities, they are open to providing them. They regularly make sure everything is stocked. For example, when working from home, I had some issues with the Wi-Fi, and they helped contact their provider and fixed the issue. They always made sure to communicate if there were any issues we should be aware of. Would recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay. I initially planned to stay for 2-3 months but ended up staying 5.

  • The Coterie is a great place to live. I lived there for 3 months during my summer internship and it was amazing, I would recommend it for anyone looking for long term or short term renting. It is walking distance to Winthrop and shops nearby and fairly close to downtown. The house is beautiful and has an amazing kitchen with tons of space and parking. The rooms are fully furnished with comfortable furniture and everything (Utilities too) is included in the price which is very transparent with no hidden monthly fees/bills. I enjoyed living there so much I have already committed to leasing there again for a longer period of time next year when I will be working full time. The landlord is very accommodating and keeps the place in pristine condition with a cleaner that comes for the common areas often. I have rented from places for over 6 years now and by far the Coterie is the number one place that I have rented from and might even choose to extend my time renting in the future.
